Sticks – These come in many different styles sizes and weights, a rough guide for length is the top of the stick should come up to the top of you hip bone, we do have sticks you can borrow to start with.
Shin Pads – Hockey shin pads are bigger than football ones and have protection for the ankle and upper shin.

Trainers – Ideally you should wear hockey astro shoes, these have been designed to play hockey on artificial pitches, and give good grip, protection and support.
Studded or blade football boots cannot be worn on many surfaces including our home pitch at Kings, however a good quality trainer with good grip can be used
