Teamo

As a club we use Teamo to manage our teams along with using it to organise match and training schedules. It is also used for making payments to the club and to help with safeguarding. 

All parents/guardians are required to sign up to Teamo. 

From a Juniors point of view Teamo allows us to run our section in a secure system and communicate with parents simply.

The GMS (Game Management System) has been introduced by England Hockey to facilitate game administration and registration. As a club we are required to use this system and all members (who play adult hockey) must ensure they are signed up to the system.

• Participant Profile – All adult players (and parents of junior) have to be registered (so you can appear on match sheets) so you must set up an individual account. This is a quick process and you only need to do it once. 
• Your profile will capture your playing and umpiring history, your details and consents. This will stay with you if you move clubs. 
• You’ll have to link yourself to hockey clubs that you currently play for. This is because many players might play for more than one club or team (e.g. summer league etc).  

Player Transfer – You’ll be able to initiate a transfer during the season to play for another club in a competition if regulations permit.
